Having started her career in education, Kirsty transitioned across to the Human Resources sector where she worked as a HR Manager in the warehouse and distribution, hospitality and retail sectors in both the UK and Australia.

More recently, Kirsty has worked in a HR Business Consultancy role for various companies in Perth and in Melbourne, providing support across all aspects of a business such as recruitment, customer service, marketing and administration.

These key skills have made for an easy transition into business broking, having spent the last 4 years working as a Client Services Coordinator and Business Broker.
