“Dear Michael, I am writing to thank you for managing the sale of my two businesses. During our association, I have formed the greatest regard for your professionalism and attention to detail. This has been evident in all aspects of the process – from advertising, to vetting prospective purchasers and finally to bringing the enquiries to successful completion of sales. I particularly appreciated your knowledge and understanding of the information, documents and material required, both from myself as vendor and from the purchaser to bring the sales to a successful, trouble free conclusion. Your careful guidance through the process, with timely reminders at vital points was greatly valued. I have no hesitation in recommending your services to any prospective vendors or purchasers, and again, please accept my sincere thanks for your assistance and guidance.”
